The Hotel Convento do Espinheiro began operating in 2005 and Jardim Vista was the company responsible for the entire landscaping project as well as its implementation. They have always demonstrated great professionalism, proactivity, and competence.

Jardim Vista collaborated with Imocom Sociedade de Construção SA between 2006 and 2012. During this period, it carried out three hotel projects that are still considered to be of excellence to this day: Hilton Cascatas Resort, Monte Santo Resort and Conrad Algarve.
